ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a telemarketer for State Farm - Brandon Geise Agency, you are vital to the continued growth of our insurance agency. This role involves calling current clients to gather information, follow-up and schedule appointments.
As a locally owned and operated State Farm agency in Story City, we take pride in serving our community with personalized service and reliable coverage. We believe in building strong relationships, supporting local businesses, and giving back to our town and surrounding area.
While promoting our team, our insurance products/financial services, and the good we offer to our community, you also gain unique insights invaluable to your career growth. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make outbound calls to current customers to gather information, update records, and confirm details.
- Schedule appointments based on client availability.
- Follow up on previous communications to ensure client needs are met.
- Stay informed about the various insurance products and services offered by State Farm.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to consistently work 10 or more hours per week.
- Professional and courteous telephone manner.
- Self-motivated.
- Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn.
- Organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
